Multilevel Marketing is the Business Market
"Multilevel marketing is the business market where we work and it grows worldwide. Get to know your market, become a professional"
Strengthen your belief
"Do not sell something you have not bought yet"
If you don't believe in your business, how do you expect to sell your business? If you don't know how your business works, how do you expect to succeed?
In Multilevel Marketing people open their own business with derisory investments and unlimited potential; begin to receive individual and collective training; follow a proven success pattern that can double or triple your revenues in a short time; can work at any time; can obtain residual income, regardless of their physical presence; and even visualize that they are building a heritage that can be lifelong and hereditary; they can expand their business to other states and countries; achieve financial security and freedom; receive prizes, travel and public recognition for his outstanding performance...
However when they start talking to their friends and get their first negatives, and worse than that, they get scorn, jokes or rejections, they have a hard time winning this first challenge in Multilevel Marketing: The high level of rejection by those who don't know. Not only by these, but mainly by those who "think they know".
What's more, the vast majority do not "fail," but rather give up working in the first few weeks because of a few failed attempts.
This rejection is largely generated by the prejudice that many people have of Multilevel Marketing associating with schemes of illegal pyramids because they have heard from someone that have no credibility to judge, since most of the facts put forward are "opinions" or are allegations of "failures" that are actually indices comparable to what occur in all business, professions, and life sectors. So why only in Multilevel Marketing would it be mandatory that most have to succeed to be considered legal or a good business? What's more, the vast majority do not "fail," but rather give up working in the first few weeks because of a few failed attempts.
This rejection is also partly created by many Multilevel Marketing workers who promise unlimited earnings without any work, people who use Multilevel companies as particular forms of pyramids, wanting to earn just by registering more and more people, without worrying about security and credibility of the company they indicate, the quality of the products, or with the training of who they sponsor. Workers who compel new associates to conduct astronomical purchases to allow them to get into their "success groups". Workers who offer masked "opportunities" of Multilevel, that in reality are not Multilevel but "opportunistic" companies that only take advantage of the good name of Multilevel Marketing that serious companies have conquered with hard work for the Multilevel market. All this excludes serious people from a great chance of success, by simple ignorance of the whole.
Therefore one of the objectives of this training is to show exactly what is Multilevel Marketing, showing the differences of this legitimate business system, the pyramid schemes that are illegal, and also separate from opportunistic companies knowing how to choose a good Multilevel company, beacause if you don't choose well, there is a great chance that all the work done will be lost, which may be a few weeks... months... or even years! And you will blame the Multilevel system, when in fact you are the one that didn't make a good choice of company. How many banks have already broken and left several customers at a loss, but nobody blames the banking system, but you who made a poor choice of the bank.
Learning to work right is much more important than working hard. Training is the secret of success in Multilevel.
Another goal is also to show how Multilevel Marketing works, to do it properly. Learning to work right is much more important than working hard. Training is the secret of success in Multilevel. If you have the ability to teach what you have learned or if you put your prospect in training, that is all it takes to create a Multilevel organization with solid results.
THE EVOLUTION OF MULTILEVEL MARKETING
In the original Plan of Direct Sales, the companies recruited a series of autonomous dealers and paid them through commissions on their individual sales. Known as single-level, or even door-to-door, this model limited the performance of many resellers to unsafe work and too dependent on individual sales skills. Realizing these limitations, an American named Carl Rhenborg decided to create a different bonus system where the dealer would earn an additional income on all sales made by the dealers he brought to the company. This happened in the late 1940s, giving rise to a much more powerful direct-pay model: Multi-Level.
Today, with a small personal file, a telephone line, and an Internet-connected computer, you can build and manage a multi-million dollar business from your home.
MultiLevel Marketing (MLM) has undergone several evolutions since then, with improvements in systems and professional companies bringing new concepts to the market. Multilevel Marketing or Network Marketing has grown mainly since the early 1990s because it offers simple solutions for companies seeking to offer innovation, quality and price in products, excellence in operational services and personalized customer service, at the same time which offers people an opportunity to enhance their lifestyle with solutions that are perfectly framed within this new paradigm of globalized world and individual businesses. Today, with a small personal file, a telephone line, and an Internet-connected computer, you can build and manage a multi-million dollar business from your home.
This new paradigm of direct sales has influenced even the most conservative companies, who are adapting their systems to offer better benefits to resellers with entrepreneurial vision and posture. To get an idea of the revolution caused in this market, in 1990, only 20% of US direct-selling companies adopted compensation systems in the multilevel model. In 2002, the proportion has reversed. According to Neil Offen, President of the Direct Selling Association (DSA), more than 80% of companies started betting on Multilevel Marketing, accounting for 76.1% of the US $ 28.69 billion handled by the direct selling industry in the United States.
From this system, dealers were called distributors or entrepreneurs and came to see an income many times greater than what could be obtained in the traditional door-to-door. Many of these distributors began to have higher salaries than many Doctors, Lawyers, Engineers and Executives, and many also made fortunes by acquiring the much-desired financial independence.
The evolution of Network Marketing, in a general context, is the junction of Relationship Marketing, which aims at the quality of communication with the customer, and Direct Marketing, which is the direct relationship between seller and customer. Therefore, Network Marketing allows the immediate contact of the distributor (seller) with the client, in order to maintain a prosperous and constant relationship between both. In addition to this exchange, distributors are also responsible for the promotion, business presentation, demonstration of products and training.
In Multilevel Marketing, the way of advertising the product is by word of mouth. But it is remunerated. When you use a product and like it, it's natural to want to tell your friends. If your friends also start consuming it, because the product was indicated by someone they trust, it is fair that the company pay you a bonus. If the word-of-mouth advertising industry can redirect part of the profits to entice people who indicate their products why not encourage them to indicate more and more people paying bonuses at multiple levels? Professional Multilevel Marketing companies have created global business systems and invested heavily in technology to make the job easier. You have all the structure to do business on your dispose, you get all the training you need to set up your own business, based on a successful worldwide formula, with the possibility of building a growing source of income that could initially be a complementary income and later surpass your current income.
THE MULTILEVEL MARKETING INDUSTRY
Today multilevel marketing is an industry that moves more than $ 125 billion a year and has more than 75 million people involved around the world, growing at a rate of 9% a year. (source: WFDSA - World Federation of Direct Sales Associations). In Brazil, the growth rate according to the Brazilian Association of Direct Sales Companies is even higher, reaching over 17% and moving R$ 26 billion in 2010, complementing the income of more than 2.7 million Brazilian families. Brazil occupies the third place in the world behind only of the United States and Japan.
There is a growing acceptance of this direct sales strategy. Traditional companies like Citi Bank, Sara Lee, Gillete, Colgate Palmolive, Avon, Time Warner, Reader's Digest, Virgin Companies, AOL and hundreds of other companies are employing this system to leverage sales of their products and services.
For some who work at it, Multilevel Marketing is above all an opportunity to make money from your own business and fulfill personal dreams
For sales specialists, Multilevel Marketing is a system that allows you to take products from the industry to the consumer without going through the traditional retail. For some who work at it, Multilevel Marketing is above all an opportunity to make money from your own business and fulfill personal dreams and for others a way to increase family income. That's why network marketing attracts ambitious, self-motivated people who are willing to work long hours to achieve their financial independence goals, as well as people with more conservative backgrounds who want extra income or a change in the quality of life.
